In Texas, a juvenile board is the governing body in a county that is responsible for the oversight of the department of juvenile services.  The Juvenile Board of Grayson County’s enabling legislation is found in the Human Resources Code § 152.0971.  Our juvenile board is made up of Chairman Brian Gary, 397th Judicial District Court, Honorable James Fallon, 15th Judicial District Court, Honorable Larry Phillips, 59th Judicial District Court and Honorable Bruce Dawsey, Grayson County Judge.
