Overview

PASSAGE Court is a specialty court for lower risk youth and is presided over by County Court at Law #2 Judge Rick Dunn. The mistake that youth made to land in this program is not a representation of who they are or what they will become. This passage of growth provides this an opportunity to be simply a moment in time.
