Grayson County Information Technology

Our Mission

To provide the highest quality and most efficient turn-key information technology related support to all Grayson County Government Users and do so in the most economical fashion possible.

GCIT currently provides support to over 600 users spanning 36 departments housed in 19 facilities covering a geographical area of approximately 193 square miles.

GCIT derived from a private non-profit multi-government support data center formally known as the Grayson Governmental Data Center (GGDC). In 2002 GGDC was dissolved and absorbed into Grayson County as a department now known as the Grayson County Information Technology department.
