• We accept cashier’s checks, money orders, and cash.
• We do not accept personal checks on any fines unless drawn on Grayson County Bank.
• We accept Debit Cards and Credit Cards.  There is a convenience fee for this service. 

Civil Cases: 

• We accept cash, personal and business checks, cashier’s checks, and money orders.
• We do not accept personal checks on any fines unless drawn on Grayson County Bank.

How Payments can be made:

• Payments can be made in person at the office during regular office hours.
• Payments can be made through the use of the US Post Office, Federal Express and UPS.
• Payments can be made online through the Grayson County Portal at https://portal.co.grayson.tx.us/PortalProd/

BEFORE MAKING A PAYMENT VIA DEBIT or CREDIT CARD YOU MUST FIRST CALL THE COURT TO GET ALL REQUIRED INFORMATION FOR PROPER PROCESSING OF YOUR PAYMENT AT (903) 564-3550.

This court does not accept payments for Driver Safety Course and Deferred Disposition without prior appearance in court.  Partial payments are only acceptable once a court appearance has been made and defendant is placed on a payment plan by the judge.
