COVID-19 Information Area

On December 1, 2021, Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) transitioned to using daily National Disease Electronic Disease Surveillance System (NEDSS) case counts for COVID-19 data tracking.  

Data will no longer be published at a local level as it will be pulled directly from NEDSS and reported on the state dashboard,

There may be a slight delay in reporting as the state transitions. 


COVID-19 Vaccines are now available to all Grayson County residents ages 5 years and older.  If the vaccine recipient is a minor, a parent or guardian must be present.

Walk-in clinics are held every Tuesday from 9:00 AM- 12:30 PM at the Sherman Health Department at 515 N Walnut, Sherman

Vaccines will be administered on a first come, first serve basis.

No pre-registration is required for the walk in clinics.
