The Grayson County Courthouse has Handicap Access through the West Side (Crockett Street) entrance which houses a wheel chair lift to the south annex elevator. Elevators are available in both the main building and south annex.

The Grayson County Justice Center is handicap accessible at the east entrance off Crockett Street. Elevators available to the second floor.

Both buildings have handicap parking on Crockett Street and the South Parking Lot.
